Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of hair oil products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or leaking upon delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number

  2. Share clear photos/videos showing the issue

  3. Our team will review and approve the return request

  4. Once approved, instructions for return will be provided

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used hair oil bottles

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items requested after the return window

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
